CONTENT AUTOMATION
Content Automation is the creation of content automatically by using tools or script. The automatically created content is no use to the user and does not have any format or styles. Content Automation has both its ups and downs. It can create a lot of content and increase the quantity of content in your website with no man power.
The website size will get increase and your ranking may get higher in the search result page. Yet, the downsides are your website may violate the guidelines and keyword stuffing will be present. Doorway pages will be created, as the content and link will be generated automatically. Ultimately your website may be blacklisted from the search engine.
KEYWORD STUFFING
What is Keyword stuffing?? How can we stuff keyword in our content??
The answer to this question is simple. Repetition of the same keyword in a content is keyword stuffing.
Keyword Stuffing is the manipulation of search engine result by adding relevant keyword in too many places without any reason. Giving the same word unnecessarily and It is a unwanted practice and Google will notice this action.

Doorway pages are low-quality pages with less content and specific keywords solely created for the purpose of ranking high for a specific queries. Doorway pages are created for search engines not for humans. They will redirect you to other pages and will have less content which will not be useful for the user. It will give a bad user experience.
HOW DOORWAY PAGE IS BUILT
If a doorway page is clicked by a visitor from the search engine result page, the page will be redirected to some other pages which will increase the search rate for their website. Some doorway pages just deceive the visitors into clicking a link to move to a destination page.
HIDDEN TEXT OR LINKS
Hiding text and links is another black hat method to manipulate the search engine's guidelines to rank higher in the result page. Hidden text or link is invisible text that is set as the same as the background color or placed in the off-screen where a visitor is unable to see. But the text can be read by a search engine. By implementing this, the visitor can add keywords or links their page and trigger their website to be in a higher rank.
Hidden text is the oldest technique in black hat SEO. It mainly consist of repeated keywords which are hidden and invisible to the eyes of the user but visible to search engine. Practicing this technique may get you penalized by Google.
REPORTING YOUR COMPETITOR
Reporting falsely and unnecessarily on your competitor with the motive of pulling them down is also a bad technique. In order to rank higher, effort, practice and patient is needed. Reporting the competitor will not do any good to your website or the competitor.
SNEAKY REDIRECT
Sneaky Redirect are redirects that send the visitor to another URL rather than the search engine crawled URL. This can be achieved by using JavaScript to redirect and show content to the user that a search engine can't see. Redirecting your website is not a bad thing. But redirecting the website with the intention to rank higher or provide irrelevant content is quite unacceptable. This falls under the bad practice of SEO.
CLOAKING
Cloaking is a way of cheating Google's search engine algorithm to rank higher. Cloaking will have two types of content, one is for the search engine to rank and Googlebot to crawl and the second one is for the user.
Cloaking can get you penalized and will be a bad user experience for the visitors.
Cloaking is a search engine optimization technique in which the content displayed to the visitor and the content presented to search engine crawlers are different with the aim of achieving better indexing. Cloaking will get your website permanently banned from indexing.

Link to/from poor quality websites
Links are the most important factor for search engine optimization. When site holders began to increase their links by some false methods, the search engine will look out for the quality of the links. So, what defines a poor quality link Are they any factors to determine that a link is of high or low quality. Sadly, there is no particular definition that describes a poor quality.
But links that comes from poor quality websites can be considered as poor quality links. Poor quality sites are the sites that break the guidelines of a search engine and practices unethical SEO.
Google have an algorithm and it's own way of identifying unique content. It is always best practice to come up with own content rather than practicing in other ways.
The link obtained from a proper maintained site is a healthy practice and of value yet it is quite difficult. But low quality links are easy to obtain but would not do any good for your site.

Guest posting is posting on another person's blog as a guest. This can go in both good and bad ways. It depends on the legitimacy of your site. The value of the content and the and the relevancy of the site. Then one can request other site owners to provide you with a backlink.

Link manipulation is giving interconnected link to and from multiple websites to increase the count of inbound links. This will have a bad impact to your website cause Google will find it and take necessary actions. Also another type of link manipulation is gaining link for a particular article and then changing the whole content with no relevancy to the previous article. This will affect your website in various ways you can't imagine.
ARTICLE SPINNING
Article spinning is rewriting an article by changing the words, sentences or phrases for search engine optimization. Rewriting and replacing sentences from other sites. They will appear original and unique but is not. This process can be entirely automated and there are multiple tools that can help you achieve that. A same article can be rewritten into multiple version and posted multiple times in multiple websites. But the spun article will not make any sense but will aid you in achieving higher rank in SERP.
